Prices and payments :

The prices of the articles are in Swiss francs (CHF), to which the delivery costs are added. In case of payment in Euros the exchange rate of the day is applied. We accept bank transfers with IBAN and BIC codes and cash payments, bank transfer fees are charged to the customer.

CH Warehouse accepts the following payment methods: Wize, Revolut, and bank to bank transfer via IBAN.

Terms of delivery :

Deliveries in Switzerland will be sent by us, Swiss Post or a private carrier in door-to-door delivery mode, depending on the item.

For bulky or heavy items or a request for delivery to the floor, a special offer will be made for a fee.

Deliveries outside of Switzerland will be sent by the world's major transport companies or by private carrier in door-to-door delivery mode, depending on the item and destination, a crating quote will be calculated in addition, crating is done by a professional company and to international standards.

All the expenses, of delivery, crating or customs are with the load of the customer, the object will be dispatched only after payment of the total amount of the object + expenses of delivery.

Import taxes, Switzerland is not a member of the EEC, CH Warehouse is not responsible for any costs that the buyer has to pay in the form of taxes or customs duties.

Pick up at the showroom, the buyer can pick up the purchased item by appointment 7/7 in our showroom at 412 route d'Yverdon 1468 Cheyres.

All data you provide us with will be stored and processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act. GTC 11-2011 the applicable law is the law. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We comply with the applicable data protection regulations and protect your data from unauthorised access by third parties.
